  • Poems with full-page, single- and double-leaf reproduced photographic illustrations
  • "The typeface is a version of the historic Fell types ... The text is [letterpress] printed on Twinrocker DaVinci hand-made paper at Peter Koch Printers and bound at the press by Jonathan Gerken. The cover paper is from Cave Papers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Images prepared by Donald Farnsworth at Magnolia Editions on Kozo hand-made paper and printed with the assistance of Jonathan Gerken and Tallulah Terryll. Edition: 65 copies, of which five copies are designed hors commerce."--Colophon
  • Photographic ills. "read" on both sides of the Japanese paper. Wrapper simulates "smoked buffalo rawhide" in the shape of a messenger bag. The exterior spine binding threads are beaded with trade beads and include two metal, small-caliber, cartridge casings. Red leather strips which wrap the spine from front to back suggest blood "drips" or war paint
