Per the authority of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act, the AbilityOne Program facilitates employment of people, including veterans, who are blind or have other significant disabilities in a wide range of services to its federal customers. The U.S. AbilityOne Commission functions as advocate and administrative agency for the AbilityOne Program. This site provides complete guidance for: 1) government agencies that seek to do business with AbilityOne; 2) persons with disabilities who seek to work for AbilityOne; and, 3) distributors who seek to distribute AbilityOne products.
